I'm Tom — a physiotherapist and performance coach based at 98 Gym Sydney. I help active people understand what is causing their pain, what needs to change, and how to rebuild confidence in the movements that matter to them.

My approach combines assessment, hands-on treatment, objective testing and progressive rehab. Whether you're dealing with a new injury, a recurring niggle, or returning to sport after surgery, you'll get clear guidance and a plan built around your training.
